About Us
Nikki Zhang is the founder of Wellington Physical Therapy and Acupuncture Group.
She received her bachelor degree in China and master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Nikki Zhang is also a member of CAIPA and Credential by American Specialty Health and she is a candidate of American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine. Having received the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), she is licensed to practice Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in the state of New York and New Jersey.
Through combining her deep knowledge of the tradition of Chinese medicine with a passion for helping others, Nikki Zhang has served the community for more than 20 years. She specializes in women’s health and infertility, working with patients to provide quality natural reproductive enhancement and care. Currently, she is also investigating the role of acupuncture on stress hormone regulation and its impact on IVF success rate.
Our Team
In 2019, a study found that 20% of women suffered miscarriages. Dr. Nikki decided to start BB Hopes as a service to help with dedicated treatment rooms in two Manhattan and Queens clinics. Its mission is to provide an affordable naturalistic approach to have a successful pregnancy, prevent miscarriages, and give birth to a healthy baby. She creates a customized plan of acupuncture, massage therapy, and herbal medicine to help build a strong healthy foundation before and after birth. Treatment fees are up to 90% less than that of IVF or IUI treatments and take less time out from the patient's life. There are even treatments to boost IVF results.

Western Medicine Treatment Approach
Surgery is often prescribed for treating infertility caused by blockages and other physical issues.
IVF is where the female's eggs are removed and fertilized with the male's sperm in a lab setting, and then the fertilized egg is re-inserted into the female's uterus.
IUI is a procedure in which a male's sperm is prepared in a laboratory setting and inserted into the female's uterus.
This does not "fix" the underlying issues with the female's reproductive system and does not guarantee successful full-term birth or protect against miscarriages.
IVF pregnancy is only the first stage and does not guarantee successful results. Research shows a surprisingly high percentage of pregnancies result in miscarriages. We will help maintain a strong healthy foundation to ensure safety for fetus and mom.
